A full website rebuild for Jeff Cesare Realty, LLC — a licensed commercial & residential real estate broker in Tucson, Arizona. The brief: turn a broker who kept re-explaining the same listings over the phone into a site that presents properties professionally and screens serious inquiries before they ever reach him.
We built a real Properties / Developments section with a reusable listing template, polished per-property pages (Kolb & Irvington, River & Craycroft, Green Valley Hills Ranch and more), advanced search, and a Get-in-Touch flow designed to qualify buyers, tenants, and investors — not collect tire-kickers.
