High-volume LinkedIn outreach creates a good problem: too many conversations to manage well. I built a system that drafts contextual replies to incoming LinkedIn messages while keeping a human firmly in the loop for every send.

It uses Unipile for LinkedIn API access, pulls in new messages, and runs them through an AI classifier — sales inquiry, networking, recruiter, spam — then drafts an appropriate reply from routing rules and context stored in Notion. Every draft lands in Slack for one-click human approval before anything goes back to LinkedIn.

The result is the best of both worlds: AI does the drafting and triage, you keep complete control of your voice. Response times drop, nothing slips through the cracks, and your presence stays authentically human.
