Chicanos Por La Causa is one of the largest Hispanic-serving nonprofits in the country — 2,000+ employees carrying shelters, schools, clinics, and workforce centers across the Southwest.

We drew their HR & IT knowledge as a system and built Lupita — a bilingual AI assistant living inside Microsoft Teams that answers with cited sources, in English and Spanish, without a single new app to learn. Built to enterprise security standards, running entirely inside CPLC’s own Microsoft environment.
